What should I expect on cleaning day?
We arrive in your time window, walk through any priorities with you (or follow your notes), and clean room by room from our checklist. Visit length depends on your home’s size, and we’ll tell you what to expect with your quote. You don’t need to be home.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, all supplies and equipment are included. Want only plant-based, non-toxic products? Add the non-toxic upgrade. If you have favorite products of your own, just leave them out and we’ll use them.
Do I need to be home? How does building access work?
Not at all. Share access through your front desk, gate, a lockbox or a door code, and tell us about service elevators or parking. We follow your building’s or community’s rules.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us who lives with you so we can keep doors closed and gates latched. If your pet prefers some space, a closed room or crate on cleaning day is perfect.
How is my final price set?
Prices on this page are starting rates for a three-bedroom home. We confirm your exact rate before your first visit, based on size, condition and add-ons. No surprise charges.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit is refunded. Cancellations under 24 hours, no-shows, or if we can’t get in forfeit the deposit (50% of the clean).
Why might my first visit cost more?
A first clean takes longer than regular upkeep, so we quote it after we learn about your home and its condition. Your recurring visits are then priced at your regular rate.
Which homes do you take on?
Solvèra offers recurring care only, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, for residences of three bedrooms and up (or about 2,500 sq ft and more).
How do booking and payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. Once we text your quote, we’ll send a secure link to pay it and save your card. The remaining balance is charged to your card on file automatically after your clean is complete. Tips are optional and can be given to your cleaner in person.
